Our house-special Pho Dac Biet features tender eyeround steak, brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and handmade meatballs swimming in a broth that has been lovingly crafted over hours. A1. Crispy Eggrolls / Cha Gio (4)
Deep-fried eggroll filled with pork, chicken, clear noodles, taro, corn and wrapped in wheat paper. Served with sweet chili sauce.
P8. Eyeround Steak / Pho tai
Eyeround steak thinly sliced in traditional pho broth. Options include small, large, or XL.
A2. Fresh Spring Rolls / Goi Cuon (3)
Soft paper wrap with shrimp, vermicelli noodles and lettuce. Served with sweet chilli sauce or peanut sauce.
A5. Coconut Prawns
Prawns dipped in batter with coconut flakes then deep fried. Served with coconut curry dipping sauce.

The broth, noodles, meat, and veggies all come separately so you can assemble the soup yourself for extra freshness. Just the broth is soooo flavorful and delicious all on it's own. Really good soup. I got the small size and couldn't even finish it. You can easily get two meals out of it so it's a great value too. Will definitely order pho from here again."
